How Do I Cancel My Kitty Lawn Subscription?Updated a year ago

Need a little break from deliveries?

You can easily skip or delay your next delivery! You can do this by logging into your account and clicking the 'Reschedule' or 'Skip' button. 

If you do decide to continue with canceling your account, you can do so at any time by following the steps below! 

Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel any recently rendered transactions on your account.  Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled because like a florist, the grass is not reusable and is therefore ineligible for a refund or return. To see if you recently had an order process, you can log into your account and click "View previous orders"

1. First Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password. 

2. Click on the "Manage this subscription" button.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription".


If you have trouble processing your cancellation, you may also email us at [email protected] or send us a message via our Live Chat with your reason for cancellation and we will process it as soon as possible.

As mentioned, we do not provide refunds, returns, or credits for any pre-paid product. We post this information in both the FAQs on www.kittylawn.com and during checkout in the terms and conditions you agree to when you purchase the Kitty Lawn service.

If you have paid for a shipment you no longer wish to receive, we are happy to send your lawn to a friend, family member, or anyone else you think might want to give Kitty Lawn a try!
